We want our customers to feel fully satisfied with their product and we understand that it is particularly important that gifts, or flowers for special occasions, look their best on arrival. We take great care to ensure that all our bouquets are freshly made up with the best flowers available and leave our shop in peak condition.

Flowers are a natural living product, and we feel that part of their beauty and appeal is their transient nature.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with one of our products, it is important to us that we get it right for you. Please take a photograph and send it to us and either ring, email or drop in so that we can address any concerns and discuss how we can help. Please note that we don't do cash refunds, particularly as most of our flowers are order for someone else, again this is why we take extra care to ensure that we are happy with the quality of everything that leaves the shop.

 

We always do our best to deliver on the date requested but we are unable to guarantee times as deliveries must be scheduled for delivery and there may be other factors outside our control.

On occasion, Flowers may be left with a neighbour or a safe place. When this happens, a note will be put through the door telling the recipient where the flowers are and the time of delivery.
