Flora (Florist's Choice)

Our Luxury Bouquets are beautifully arranged with foliage and tissue paper and are presented in a flower gift box that is tied off with a ribbon.

The flowers are kept fresh in a specially made hand tied aqua pack within the box. Flowers can be left in their aqua pack for up to 48 hours. Details of how to care for your flowers and the aqua pack can be found here.

We want our customers to feel fully satisfied with their product and we understand that it is particularly important that gifts, or flowers for special occasions, look their best on arrival. We take great care to ensure that all our bouquets are freshly made up with the best flowers available and leave our shop in peak condition.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with one of our products, it is important to us that we get it right for you. Please take a photograph and send it to us and either ring, email or drop in so that we can address any concerns and discuss how we can help.

Flowers are a natural living product and we feel that part of their beauty and appeal is their transient nature.

We always do our best to deliver on the date requested but we are unable to guarantee times as deliveries have to be scheduled for delivery and there may be other factors outside our control.

On occasion, Flowers may be left with a neighbour or a safe place. When this happens a note will be put throught the door telling the recipent where the flowers are and the time of delivery.
