We only ever use flowers in their peak condition for our bouquets and deliveries. Although we always have fresh flowers in our shop, luxury gift bouquet's especially of delicate roses, may require us to order in for next day delivery to ensure that we have sufficient quantity and quality.

In addition, large orders will take time for us to condition and prepare flowers to ensure thst they meet our high standards of quality control and to ensure each flower is at it's peak when they leave the shop. We can only garantee this if we are given suitable notice so it is best to preorder and confirm the date of delivery through the website, email or phoning us.
Our Luxury Bouquets are beautifully arranged with foliage and tissue paper and are presented in a flower gift box that is tied off with a ribbon.

The flowers are kept fresh in a specially made hand tied aqua pack within the box or water bubble. Flowers can be left in their aqua pack for up to 48 hours.

1). After enjoying the gift presentation of your flowers you will want to find a suitable vase or a container for them.

2.) Always use the clean vase thoroughly so it is sterile to prevent bacteria growth.

3.) Fill the vase with fresh water ensuring all stems will be submerged. Add the provided flower food that will provide nourishment and help prevent bacteria growth.

4.) Condition and prepare your flowers bytaking them from the aquapack. We will have prepared your Roses by removing excess foilage but you should further trim any leaves that may be submerged in the water. If this happens it will contribute to bacteria growth- the enemy of fresh flowers.
Trim the base of the stems at an angle, to provide maximum area for water uptake and immediately place into the water to prevent the formation of an air bubble that may block water flow up the stem.

5.) Refill water regularly to keep it fresh and bacteria free.

6.) And keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, fruits and vegetables as they may increase flower decay and if possible in a cooler area of your house.

If you follow this advice you will be able to enjoy your flowers at their peak for at least 4-5 days and hopefully longer. Enjoying your flowers mature, ripen and change is another dimension of the beauty of the transient beauty of cut flowers as a gift. Ensure you take photographs of your flowers at their best or simply enjoy the sensory memory of them in your mind's eye.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with one of our products, it is important to us that we get it right for you. Please take a photograph and send it to us and either ring, email or drop in so that we can address any concerns and discuss how we can help.

Flowers are a natural living product and we feel that part of their beauty and appeal is their transient nature. They have been cut and will last at least 4-5 days if they are looked after and hopefully, depending on many. factors, possibly much longer.
